Everything omelette – quick meal up

  • Wash and cut vegetable Small pieces.

    1 cup vegetable of choice

  • Heat to medium the oil In a pan (non-stick if possible) and fry the vegetables until soft. Set aside. Clean the pan with a tissue.

    2 teaspoons olive oil

  • Heat remaining oil in a pan over low to medium heat.

  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
