- 1-1 1/2 Pound made from peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil divided
- 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes set to spice level
- 4 cups snow peas or snow peas

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, minced garlic, rice wine vinegar, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes to make the sauce.

Marinate the shrimp in the sauce for 15-20 minutes.

Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the marinated shrimp and set aside the remaining marinade. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes.
