 Maille Dijon Savory Christmas rolls

ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 3 tablespoons Maille Original Dijon divided
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 2 cups Gruyere cheese, grated
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450F degrees.
  2. Roll out pizza dough.
  3. Spread two tablespoons of Maille Original Dijon on top.
  4. Follow with slices of prosciutto and Gruyere cheese.
  5. Roll the dough into a roll along the long side.
  6. Cut into 1-inch-thick rolls and place on a cast-iron skillet or baking dish.
  7. Whisk together the melted butter, fresh herbs, honey and 1 tablespoon Maille Original Dijon.
  8. Pour the mixture over the buns.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve them warm.
