- Tuesday: Almond Butter, Chickpeas & Sweet Potato Curry
- Wednesday: A pan teriyaki chicken
- Thursday: Baked Salmon & Greek Salad
- Friday: Sticky Honey Soy Chicken with Asian Vegetables
- Saturday: A Mexican rice
- Sunday: Salad bowl halloumi & lentils
