4-Ingredient Almond Flour Peanut Butter Cookies (Vegan)

Store cookies in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

If your peanut butter is unsalted, add ¼ teaspoon of salt to the flour.

The cookies themselves are not overly sweet. If you prefer a sweeter cookie, I recommend adding chocolate dip.
