The easiest Biscoff Cake made in the airfryer with just three ingredients!

My daughter is Biscoff obsessed and after making this 3 Ingredient Chocolate Cake a few months ago, I knew we had to try a Biscoff version too.
It’s delicous, so easy to make and you can cook it in the airfryer. The perfect simple baking activity to try with the kids.

I used this Aldi dupe Biscuit Spread but the original Biscoff is perfect too.
Biscoff spread is dairy free so this is the perfect cake to make if you have a dairy allergy in your family without having to make any substitutions.

How To Make Airfyer Biscoff Cake
Just add to the Biscoff spread to a bowl with some flour and eggs and mix well.

This is the consistency that you will get.
It’s a little thicker than usual cake batter but that’s absolutely fine.

Grease a cake tin with oil or butter really well, all over the bottom and the sides.

Add the cake mixture to it.
Press the mixture down with a spoon so that it’s evenly spread across the whole tin.
And then pop into the airfryer at 180c for 12 minutes.

When ready, carefully remove the tin from the airfryer (it will be hot!).
Run a knife all around the edge of the cake to separate it for the tin and then leave to cool for a few minutes.
Finally, cut the cake into 8 triangles. It’s best to do this in the tin and then remove each slice one at a time.

Oven Instructions
If you don’t have an airfyer you can also make this in the oven.
The temperature will be the same – 180c fan.
Cook for 15 minutes. Insert a skewer into the middle to check if the cake is cooked. The skewer should come out dry. If not cook for another 3-4 minutes.
