  • 1 Bunch of asparagus, Trim the edges of the wood
  • Extra virgin olive oil, For the drizzle
  • sea ​​salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, to hold
  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Toss spears with olive oil, salt and pepper and spread on baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12 minutes, or until spears are lightly crisped and tender. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.
