It’s that time of year when my recipes slowly drift away from using summer fruits and fresh garden vegetables, to canned pumpkin in EVERYTHING. Pumpkin biscuits, pumpkin smoothies, pumpkin protein bars, and pumpkin avocado toast.

If you are looking for a new simple recipe to make for your little ones, these fudgy pumpkin brownies are the ultimate fall dessert. Kids love them and I love that there are only two ingredients required!

I do like to add a little frosting and/or a pumpkin candy on top to make them a little more special. But they are perfect little bites as is.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?

HOW DO I MAKE 2 INGREDIENT PUMPKIN BROWNIE BITES?

In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree and brownie mix until smooth.

Spoon the batter into a prepared mini muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees F. for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Once they are finished baking, remove and let cool in pan.

Ingredients

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin puree
  • 15 oz box Gluten Free Chocolate Fudge Brownie Mix

Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree and brownie mix until smooth.
    2. Spoon the batter into a prepared mini muffin pan.

    4. Once they are finished baking, remove from oven and let cool in pan.
